AA Harvest Foundation

OVERVIEW/CHALLENGE:

AAMBHF is a community organization. As with most projects, we worked directly with the founder, president, and CEO for this project. AAMBHF is an organization run by a big-hearted philanthropist. At the time, AAMBHF had an antiquated online site that needed an upgrade to the overall general aesthetics and improved clarity in its positioning. They had an upcoming audit that was directly tied to their renewal in funding, and the audit deadline was just around the corner.

QUICK SUMMARY:
We improved their organizational
clarity and the ability to receive more
funds from outside sources.

IN DETAIL:

We helped them cultivate a more intentional and aesthetically pleasing online presence. We implemented a more structured process to handle donations, and the result was the capability to receive more charitable donations at a higher volume.

ChannelAustin

OVERVIEW/CHALLENGE:

ChannelAustin is a public access community television station. The intention of this organization has always been to provide community dialogue through media technology. At the time, they were at risk of being let go from their parent company and losing their more significant financial contributor.

QUICK SUMMARY:
We helped them create a specific
written plan that better articulated
their organizational accomplishments
and future strategies.

IN DETAIL:

We explained to them the importance of proactively making internal and external stakeholders aware of not only their accomplishments but the strength of their
board of directors. Their board members included Emmy award winners, academic
dean at a major university, talk show hosts,
and others with extensive television backgrounds. This resulted in the renewal and an extension of obligation by the parent company.

Office of Formation & Discipleship

OVERVIEW/CHALLENGE:

A church-based community organization that assists pastors and leaders with resources to better help their respective parish (community). This organization sits as a department under the diocesan umbrella in the Atlanta, Georgia, area. This department had significant staff and leadership turnover over a very short amount of time which caused internal and external communication challenges.

QUICK SUMMARY:
We created a specific plan of action that
included specific recommendations to
streamline various internal and
external communication processes
through technology.

IN DETAIL:

We conducted an internal audit of the entire staff and leadership team. The strategic plan streamlined the internal and external communication processes. In addition, we provided detailed recommendations for implementing a CRM strategy and structured use of technology to improve team performance and online visual aesthetics with the ability to handle multiple languages.

This resulted in a faster and clearer communication process, massive reduction in employee turnover, improved organizational clarity, and consistent articulation of their positioning. In addition, the ability to manage 5000+ users interactions.
